Sriraja Panich Chilli (Pet) sauce is a multi-purpose sauce for dipping, marinating and cooking which goes well with various recipes. It’s an easy and super yummy dipping sauce for all deep-fried food, especially crispy chicken wings. Some combine it with mayonnaise to create a spicy and creamy flavour. Chilli sauces are great to partner with crispy omelettes, stir-fried meats, as a condiment for seafood and even used in hot pots. The Sriraja Panich sauce originated in the Si Racha district, Thailand about 80 years ago. It is made from high-quality ingredients that are packed full of flavour and creates a balance of sourness, saltiness, sweetness and spiciness. It has no MSG, preservatives or colouring.
